Most new tenants start by making an appointment to tour the facility. When you see the options available, you can choose an office with the space and location that meets your needs. Next, select from a wide range of technical and business services to form your total office package. We offer long-term or short-term leases for office space, in addition to conference and meeting rooms furnished with the latest in technology. Our conference rooms are equipped with the latest technology to assist in your formal presentations or provide video conferencing.

All Kavleys Virtual offices are equipped with Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office Software. Each computer has a flat screen monitor, CD slot, diskette slot and is attached to color or laser printer, or for large print jobs you can print to a Minolta copier/printer.

Kavleys has a secure area where your mail is stored until you are able to pick it up. Your business calls are answered by our friendly receptionist and may be forwarded to your voice mail, your home phone or recorded in a message log. It’s your choice!

Kavleys offers scalable internet services designed to fit the needs of any tenant. You may choose connection speeds from 2.2 megabytes to 3.8 megabytes. Kavleys has an in-house email server, web server, web domain hosting, data storage, and data back-up. All data at Kavleys is protected by a VLAN Domain and data storage kept in a secure location off site.
